Notice for Reunion

It is hereby informed that a meeting of the A.K.Ghosh Memorial School’s Alumni Association will be held on 9^th April 2006 at 5:00pm.The venue is at the School premises.

The agenda of the meeting is to register the ex-students of the school and to organize the get together on the eve of POILA BAISAKH.

The get together is to be held at the school premises on 16^th April 2006 at 5:00 pm.

We got cordial welcome, enthusiasm and lots of assistance from the present Headmaster of the Institution Mr. Jayanta Kumar Bhattacharya.

We expect a positive feedback from the ex-students by showing their presence and their eagerness to join and work for the association to give it a good start.

The Batch of 2001 Madhyamik Passout

We the madhyamik passouts from the A.K.Ghosh Memorial High School of the batch 2001 are still undergoing higher education and as a result we all are still in touch with each other.A few of us decided to make a reunion of our batchmates.With this idea in mind we six of us namely..Sankhanil Saha,Jayshree Roy,Abhishek Dasgupta,Prasenjit Das,Sumanta Roy and me Saurav Mitra went to have a talk with the headmistress of the institution,respected Dr.(Mrs) Sanghamitra Dasgupta.We expressed our thoughts,idea and our feelings.Madam encouraged us to form the ex-students' alumni association and to arrange the reunion with all the passout batches of the school.The work was very very tough.We thought to arrange a reunion of the batch 2001 only, and now we have to arrange the reunion with all the passout years.Madam helped us a lot providing phone as well as e-mail id's of many ex-students,who once tried their best to form an alumni association.All the other teachers of the institution also helped us a lot.With this background we started to contact our seniors as well as the juniors who passed out from the same institution.We are successful to contact some of our seniors and juniors and arranged for a few meetings till date.I hope that all of us should unite to achieve our final goal of organising reunion.
